Dues Include

  • Eleven months of training (except AG1)
  • ASA Outfitting TBA - for members registered before September 1st

Dues do NOT include

  • USA Swimming
  • All PVS meet entry fees (individual) 
  • See below for additional charges that may occur throughout the season

Registration & Approval 

  • To register for ASA, you must first receive approval from an ASA coach
  • Registration is subject to acceptance by ASA after receipt of properly completed registration and medical forms
  • Payment required by first practice session 
  • Coaches will determine the final practice group assignment for swimmers
  • ASA reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment, in which case refunds will be made 

IMPORTANT Fee Information

  • No refunds for competitive programs after October 1st.
  • $250 Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Multiple Swimmer Family Discount (excludes Rising Stars)
    • Each additional swimmer per account will receive a $100 discount
  • Two Payment Plan Agreement - If you register for the 2 payment plan and leave the team prior to January 1st, you are still required to pay for the 2nd payment 
  • ​Charges 
    • ​Charges that may occur during the season - social events, fees related to travel meets, apparel, etc. 
  • ​Delinquent Accounts 
    • ​Accounts with payments not made by the due date will be considered delinquent.
  • ** No other discounts are available other than posted discount and payment plans. ** 

Payment Options 

  • You can pay by check, credit card, or ACH for your remaining balance due September 1st or September 1st/January 1st. You will indicate how you want to pay the remaining balance during the registration process. 
    • If you pay by check, you will receive an invoice prior to September 1st with the address of where to mail the check. 
    • If you pay by credit card, you will be charged a 3% processing fee
    • If you pay by ACH, you will be charged a $1.25 processing fee

​Meet Entry Fees

  • Meet Entry Fees are not included. 
  • Meet entry fees will be charged to the credit card or ACH on file and will incur a 3% processing fee (cc) or $1.25 processing fee (ACH). 
  • Relays are covered by ASA.  
  • Meet fees will be charged unless meet registrations are canceled BEFORE the registration deadline.
