To secure your swimmer's spot, please submit registration and medical release forms. Programs will fill up and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Mail forms and checks to:

For couples that trade practice days in order to accommodate child care or work schedules.

REGISTRATION SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE BY ASA AFTER RECEIPT OF PROPERLY COMPLETED REGISTRATION AND MEDICAL FORMS. NO SWIMMER WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE WATER WITHOUT COMPLETION OF THESE FORMS (applies to "try outs," Developmental and other swimmers). PAYMENT REQUIRED BY FIRST PRACTICE SESSION. 1.5% PER MONTH LATE FEE FOR PAYMENTS RECEIVED.
ASA reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment, in which case refunds will be made.
NO OTHER DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE OTHER THAN POSTED DISCOUNT AND PAYMENT PLANS.
