We offer morning and afternoon practice times at two convenient locations: Stone Ridge Aquatic Center in Bethesda and the Bolger Fitness Center in Potomac.

Tuesdays:
SR2=> 5-7p
SR1=>5-6:30p
AG3 => 6:30-8:00p
Thursdays:
SR2=>5-7p
& SR1 => 5-6:30p
AG3 => 6:30-8p

Developmental will not be held on Sun., Jan. 17 due to the NY travel meet. We will add another session on Sun., Mar. 21.

Inclement Weather Policy: We follow Montgomery County Schools. If schools are closed, or activities are canceled on weekend days, we will not hold swim practice. Please use your best judgment on the roads.
